Investing in Artistry Village:

Investment funds for his project have not yet been fully acquired.  Artistry Village, LLC shall consult with the company’s legal advisors to determine what legal structure and supporting documents might be needed to collect investment funds for this project, if needed. It has not been fully determined if investment funds will be needed to develop and construct this project, and there is no public or private solicitation and subsequent collection of investment money that is being conducted at this time.
